    If you said “yes” to one or more questions, you could benefit from Freedom from Smoking®, an evidence-based program from the American Lung Association!

    Price: Free

    Learn skills and strategies to overcome your tobacco addiction and start enjoying the benefits of better health in a small group setting and interactive learning environment.

    This program meets weekly for eight sessions from 5:15—7:00PM at SEARHC.  

    FREE and open to the whole community. Pre-registration required. Spaces limited.
