Governor Walker signed S-B 126 on Monday.

The bill by Anchorage Senator Mia Costello, legalizes equity crowdfunding.

In-state businesses may offer securities up to a total of 1 million dollars, which Alaska residents may purchase for up to 10-thousand dollars per year.

Costello says intra-state crowd-investing will boost business startups and innovation.
