JUNEAU, Alaska (AP) — An Alaska Democratic party web page listing candidates participating in the party's upcoming primaries is missing a few names.
The page does not include Democratic state Sen. Lyman Hoffman of Bethel, who is seeking re-election.
It also does not include Carol Hafner, who is running as a Democrat in the U.S. House primary, and Dustin Darden, who is running for the state House seat held by the politically unaffiliated Rep. Jason Grenn of Anchorage.
Grenn is seeking re-election but not participating in a party primary.
Democrats had questioned the authenticity and political affiliation of Hafner, who does not live in Alaska. Hafner has said she doesn't plan to campaign here ahead of the Aug. 21 primary.
A message seeking comment was left with Alaska Democratic party executive director Jay Parmley.
