Juneau, Alaska (KINY) Alaska has not heard the last from former State Rep. Dean Westlake.
Westlake said he wants to appeal a report that accused him of creating a hostile work environment. The five-page report from the Legislative Affairs Agency Human Resources Director was made public Monday.
The Anchorage Daily News reports Westlake told them he was not notified about the release and that he disputes some of the report's conclusions. The report substantiates claims from three legislative staffers that Westlake, a first-term representative from Kiana, make unwanted sexual advances, even after being warned about his behavior.
The legislative session began in Juneau Tuesday with the seat for northern Alaska's house district 40 still vacant.
