Juneau, AK (KINY)-A Ketchikan Grand Jury indicted four people in December.
Mary Ellen Mclaughlin, a 20 year-old woman, was indicted on four counts of Forgery and two counts of Theft in the second degree. All are B felonies and are in reference to her actions between August 14th and September 2nd in Ketchikan.
Roger Alexander Fawcett, a 34 year-old man, was indicted for Sexual Assault in the 2nd degree, a B felony.
Brian Lynn Ojeda, a 24 year-old man, was indicted for Promoting Contraband, a C felony, for an incident involving heroin and a corrections facility.
Alva Peratrovich III, a 36 year-old woman, was indicated on two counts of assault in the 3rd degree for threatening two Alaska State Troopers with a firearm at or near Hydaburg. She was also charged with Reckless Endangerment, a misdemeanor, for creating a substantial risk of harm to another individual.
