Grand jury indicts three

    Juneau, Alaska (KINY) A Juneau Grand Jury returned indictments in cases involving a burglary, a car theft, and an assault Wednesday.

    Bryan Taylor, 33, was indicted for allegedly stealing a vehicle in Skagway on September 2.  He is charged with first degree vehicle theft.

    They also indicted Michael Swanson, 31, on one count of second degree assault and two counts of third degree assault charges.  He allegedly beat the victim with his hands on September 12th.

    Jesse Oglend, 28, was indicted on two counts of first degree burglary and three counts of theft for an alleged burglary in Wrangell on August 4th.

    The suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
