Juneau Police Chief Bryce Johnson said on Action Line there's increased traffic enforcement patrols for the Memorial Day weekend, which is also graduation weekend, "We want it to be a great weekend. We'll have the Mobile Incident Command vehicle, our big RV, parked somewhere out around Eagle Beach so you'll see us out there. We'll have people out in marked cars driving around, making contacts, and we'll be increasing our DUI enforcement during that weekend. We would like everyone to have a safe, fun, and happy weekend. We want all the graduates to enjoy their graduation and go on to become great productive adults."

Graduation ceremonies are Sunday afternoon and the SAFE Graduation party is Sunday night at Centennial Hall.
