Ketchikan Man Arrested by Troopers

    Ketchikan, AK (KINY) - A man was arrested in Ketchikan for endangering a family member and damaging property.

    According to State Trooper reports, on Saturday afternoon troopers responded to a disturbance in the 400 block of D2 Loop Road. This led them to 36-year-old Ketchikan resident Thomas Wilson, who had reportedly placed another family member in fear of imminent injury. Wilson had also been reported to have damaged property valued at $1,000.

    Wilson was arrested and transported to the Ketchikan Correctional Facility where he was charged with Assault IV (DV) and Criminal Mischief III (DV). He is being held without bail.

    Troopers report that alcohol was a factor in the incident.
