Motorcycle accident on Seward Highway claims Anchorage girl's life

    Juneau, Alaska (KINY) - Alaska State Troopers have identified the 16 year old Anchorage girl killed in a motorcycle accident Saturday afternoon near 9.5 mile of the Seward Highway.

    She’s Emily Tredway, according to an update released in a dispatch Sunday


    Investigation determined that Tredway was operating  a 2013 Honda motorcycle traveling southbound when she lost control and struck the guardrail.  


    She was transported  an Anchorage  hospital where she was pronounced dead.
