Officer assaulted

    Juneau, Alaska (KINY) The report of a theft led to an assault on a Juneau Police officer.

    JPD reports said Domanic Quick, 23, was charged with two counts of assault on a police officer, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and criminal mischief.

    Officers responded to the report of a theft in the 2200 block of Trout Street and some kind of confrontation occurred.

    Mr. Quick was remanded to the Lemon Creek Correctional Center to await a court appearance.
