SEADOGS, Troopers, Juneau Mountain Rescue help rescue husband and wife on Mt. Roberts Trail

    Bruce Bowler told News of the North the SEADOGS found her around 11:45 p.m., but were requesting Juneau Mountain Rescue to get her out of there

    A husband and wife separated while hiking on Mt. Roberts Trail called Alaska State Troopers for help Wednesday night.

    The call came in at 7:45 p.m. The husband was found at 9:00 by Temsco Helicopters. The wife was still missing and the search continued Wednesday night.

    Bruce Bowler told News of the North the SEADOGS found her around 11:45 p.m., but were requesting Juneau Mountain Rescue to get her out of there. Bowler stated, "She appears to be in a technical position, but she is stable."
