Sex offender arrested in Ketchikan

    Juneau, Alaska (KINY) - A convicted sex offender was involved in some kind of disturbance in Ketchikan late Wednesday night and ended up in Jail.

    Alaska State Troopers reported the disturbance took place in the Refuge Cove parking lot off Sunset Drive.

    Troopers said Jeffrey Craig, 52, was charged with failure to comply with sex offender regulations.  They said the man hadn't change his current address with the state, a requirement of law.

    Craig has two convictions for failure to register as a sex offender on his record.

    The man was being held without bond.
