Traffic stop nets two arrests

    Juneau, Alaska (KINY) Juneau Police reported a traffic stop resulted in some false information being given officers.

    Juneau Police stopped a vehicle in the 9100 block of Glacier Highway just after midnight October 9 and ended up arresting two men.  Eric Gullufsen, 29, was charged with failure to stop at the direction of a peace officer in the first degree, hindering prosecution in the first degree and reckless endangerment.  Olin Gullufsen, 45, was arrested for two outstanding warrants from prior incidents and was also charged with providing false information. 

    The police dispatch said both men were transported to the Lemon Creek Correctional Center and the vehicle they were in was impounded.
