Trooper patrol car damaged by drunk driver

    Juneau, Alaska (KINY) An Alaska State Trooper avoided injury Wednesday after he was rammed by a Ford F350 pickup operated by an alleged drunk driver.

    Troopers said the patrol car was rammed twice by the heavy truck on Postal Way Wednesday around 1:30 pm.  The Trooper said the truck was on the wrong side of the road and was driving erratically.

    Rosalynn Bayless, 30, of Juneau was charged with DUI, driving with a revoked license and third degree criminal mischief.
