Two charged in toddler's death

    Anchorage, Alaska (KINY) The girl was fed a diet of milk and occasionally Dr. Pepper.

    State prosecutors have filed manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide charges in the death of a toddler after the child died from malnutrition in May.  Stephanie Hamburg, 36, and Timothy Hulsey, 41, were charged in the death of Gabriella Marlow, Hamburg's daughter.  An autopsy determined the cause of death as malnutrition.

    Hulsey was booked into jail to await a court appearance Wednesday.  Hamburg, is not in custody, and police are seeking to find her.

    The child died May 10th after police respond to the report of a child not breathing.  The police investigated and found the girl did not eat any solid foods.  The child had also not seen a doctor for over a year.
