
Juneau, Alaska (KINY) - The 13th annual Maritime Festival put on by the Juneau Economic Development Council took place Saturday downtown at the Elizabeth Peratrovich Plaza.
They saw a record-breaking amount of vendors- 69 to be exact.
On a sunny day, live music, rescue demonstrations by the Coast Guard, harbor cruises, and a canoe entrance by the One People Canoe Society also took place. A dance from the Yées Khu.Oo group also took place. The Navy Rock band closed the festival.
Tourists and locals shopped local art, foods, and more.
